Payment policy
| 1st deposit | 15% with booking to guarantee the reservation |
| 2nd deposit | 40% of the total amount before 1st June 2022 |
| Outstanding amount | Before 1st July 2022 |
The full amount will be requested for reservations received after 1st July 2022.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations are to be sent in writing (letter or e-mail) to the Organising Committee
| Before 1st June 2022 | No cancellation fee |
| From 1st June to 1st July 2022 | Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount |
| After 1st July 2022 | Cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount |
